Timeline: 
- Submission Extention: Saturday, October 14, 2023 @ 5 PM. 
- Submissions due: Sunday, October 1st, 2023 @ 5 PM. 
- Art Drop-off: Wednesday, October 4th, 5 PM - 7 PM @ Moonshot
- Art Display: October 8 - November 8, during Moonshot’s regular business hours
- Art Pick-up: Thursday, November 9th, 4 PM - 6 PM @ Moonshot

Sales & Commissions 
- Art will be sold by Moonshot Brewing unless requested otherwise by the artist.
- No commissions will be collected by Moonshot Brewing or AFMC.
*Credit card sales through Moonshot incur a 3% processing fee.
- Art purchased can be taken at the time of purchase.
- Pieces not for sale may be submitted and will be marked NFS (not for sale.)

Marketing & Cross Promotion
All are encouraged to mark their participation through their social media channels. Please include your current channels so we can follow and cross-promote.

Rules, Submissions, & Process

  • Open to all ages! Parents will need to register for their children.

  • Needs to be “Halloween” / seasonally - themed

  • May submit up to 5 pieces of work. 2D & 3D art will be accepted.

  • The artwork must be the artist's original work. No displaying other people’s art. 

  • All artworks must be ready to hang / ready to present upon arrival. 
    This means strung or sawtoothed mounted pieces - we will not accept unfinished pieces.

  • Artwork must be "acceptable for the general public"; Nudity and other sensitive matters may be acceptable - pieces will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

  • Artists are responsible for drop-off and pick-up. No mailed entries will be accepted. 

  • Moonshot Brewery and AFMC are not liable for damage to their artwork.

  • Submissions will be reviewed & approved by the AFMC committee. Please note - not all submissions may be accepted based on space & other factors.

  • Please include with each submission its title & description, including medium and size.

  • Also, include a clear photo of each piece submitted. This helps us review and track your items.
